At Heritage, we will do everything possible to meet our customers’ needs.  If you have an ‘unusual’ request, don’t be afraid to ask!  We will make every effort to help you accomplish your goals.  Following are examples of our current policies:

Customer Wish Book:  For those rare and hard-to-find items,  customers can list their desires in our ‘Customer Wish Book’.  Our vendors peruse the book regularly–you will be notified if we find your item.  You are, of course, under no obligation to purchase.

Furniture Moving:  Heritage offers the ‘next best thing’ to free delivery.  One of our vendors also operates a professional moving company and offers reduced rates to Heritage customers.

Storage:  Don’t let that perfect furniture item get away!  If you find just what you’ve been looking for but you are in the process of moving, painting your home, etc., don’t worry…Heritage will be happy to temporarily store your item.  Please inquire at our Front Desk or use the Contact Us form to request further details.

Layaway:  Heritage offers a convenient Layaway Plan for purchases at no additional charge.  Please ask for further details at our Front Desk.

Customer Mailing List:  Ask to be added to our VIP Mailing List to be notified of upcoming sales and special events.  You can use the Contact Us form, call us or even better…stop by and ask us in person!

Gift Certificates:  Heritage offers Mall gift certificates (can be purchased in any amount) for that perfect, sure-to-please gift!  Gift certificates can be purchased at our Front Desk, and you can also register to WIN a gift certificate by clicking on the Contact Us link.

Late Night Shopping:  Heritage remains open every Friday night until 8:00 PM.  Wind down from a long work week and do some late-evening shopping with us!
